Stir Fry Black Pepper Cod Fish Nugget

Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Cod Fish Nugget
Stir Fry:
- 2 tbsp vegan black pepper paste(store bought)
- Coconut Oil (optional)
- ¼ cup Crystal Water
- ½ tsp Cane Sugar (to taste)
- ⅓ tsp Mushroom seasoning (to taste)
- 15 gm Organic Traffic light Capsicums
- Starch (optional)
- garlic,shallot (optional for aroma)
Preparation:
- Pan-sear the Vegeworld Cod Fish for 1 min both sides or Air-fry for 8 mins at 180c. Set it aside
- Drizzle oil into a pan,add in capsicums.Saute for 1-2 mins until fragrance
- Add in all the ingredients. Cook for 2-3 mins until the sauce is slightly thicken.
- Add cooked Cod fish into the sauce. Coat until well mixed.
- Ready to serve with hot rice.
