Korean Sweet & Spicy Veg. Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

  • VegeWorld Veg. Roasted Chicken – 500g
  • Gochugaru – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 3 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Sunflower Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Cook the VegeWorld Veg. Roasted Chicken in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 160°C. (*Temperature may vary according to your air fryer setting)
  2. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add some sunflower oil and cook the ingredient mixture on medium heat.
  4. Add in the cooked VegeWorld Veg. Roasted Chicken.
  5. Stir well until it is well coated with the sauce.
  6. Place it on a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
