Lamb Kebab Doner (Secret Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Vege Lamb
  • Gluten free Pita Bread (Store bought)
  • Capsicums
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce

Marination:

  • 5 gm Smoked Paprika
  • 8 gm Curry powder
  • 10 gm Cumin Powder
  • 5 gm Coriander Powder
  • 2 gm Garam Masala
  • 2 gm Cane sugar
  • 30ml olive oil (Optional)
  • 5 gm mushroom seasoning (optional)

Dressing:

  • 250 gm Plain Soy Yoghurt
  • 50gm Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 5 gm Fresh Dill (Chopped)
  • 10ml Olive Oil(optional)
  • 5 gm sea salt

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the marination ingredients together.Mix until well mixed, place in the Vegan Lamb and marinate for 10-30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl,mix all the dressing ingredients.Whisk & mix until well mixed.
  3. Bake the marinated Vegan Lamb in Oven at 200c for 10-15 minutes or Airfryer at 220c for 10-15 minutes.
  4. After baking, use a skewer to skew Vegan Lamb & capsicums.
  5. Spread dressing on both top & bottom layer of pita bread
  6. Add lettuce & tomato sliced. Then place the Vegan Lamb Skewer on top.
  7. Wrap it & pull out the skewer, ready to serve.
