Mapo Layer Tofu with Minced Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Minced Chicken
- 1 pkt Vegeworld Layer Tofu (Defrosted)
Mapo Tofu :
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (optional)
- ½ block small diced Vegeworld Layer Tofu
- ½ pkt Vegeworld Minced Chicken
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped leek
- 2 tbsp Vegan Mala Paste
- ¾ cup Crystal Water
- 1 tsp Mushroom seasonings (to taste)
- ½ tsp Sea salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Cane Sugar (to taste)
- ⅓ tsp Sze Chuan pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Starch
Preparation:
- Pan-sear the Diced cut Vegeworld Layer tofu until slightly golden brown.Set is aside.
- In a pot,drizzle some oil then add in chopped leek & ginger.Sauce for 1-2 mins until fragrant.
- Add in minced chicken, stir fry it until slightly golden brown.
- Add in Vegan Mala Paste, cook for 1-2 mins until fragrant.
- Add in water, cooked Vegeworld Layer Tofu, seasonings and simmer for 2-3mins
- Add in starch, cook until slightly thicken. Serve on a plate, garnish with spring onion.
- Ready to serve with hot fluffy rice.
