Masak Lemak Cili Padi Vege Lamb

Ingredients:
- VegeWorld Vege. Lamb
- Bird’s Eye Chilli 8-10 pieces
- Turmeric – 1 inch
- Tamarind Slices
- Potatoes – 2
- Lemongrass – 2 stalks
- Turmeric Leaves – optional
- Coconut Milk
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cook the VegeWorld Vege. Lamb in an air fryer for 10-15 mins at 160°c. (Temperature may vary according to your air fryer setting).
- Meanwhile, pound the bird’s eye chili together with the turmeric.
- Add the ingredients into the frying pan. Add some water and cook at medium heat and let it simmer.
- Pound the lemongrass and cut the potatoes into cubes. Add the both ingredients into the pan.
- Stir it well and let it simmer. Pour in the coconut milk and add the tamarind slices into the pan with some salt to taste.
- Mix in the VegeWorld Vege. Lamb and stir well.
- Let it cook thoroughly until the potatoes are soft.
- Serve with hot rice, traditional Malay salad (ulam) and shrimp anchovies paste (sambal belacan).
