Thai Style Sweet Chili Japanese Tofu Puff

Ingredients:
- 1 pkt VegeWorld Japanese Tofu Puff (defrosted)
Thai style Tofu :
- ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce(store bought)
- ½ Japanese Cucumber (julienne)
- 30 gm Crushed Shan Dong Peanuts
- 10 gm ginger flower(minced)
- 10 gm lemongrass (minced)
- 2 gm Bird eye Chili
- 1 tbsp Thai lime juice
Preparation:
- Pan-seared both sides of Vegeworld Japanese Tofu Puff for 1 min each side.Or Air-fryer at 180c for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
- Mix Thai Sweet sauce,ginger flower,bird’s eye chili,lime juice in a bowl.Mix it well.
- Layout the cooked Japanese Tofu Puff on a plate.Pour the sauce on top of it.
- Place the julienne cucumber on top of Japanese Tofu. Garnish with crushed peanuts. Ready to serve.
