Veg. Cod Fish Nugget Sambal Balado

To Blend:
- Red Chillies – 3pcs
- Thai Chillies – 3pcs
- Red onion – 3pc
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Lemongrass – 1 stalk
- Lime Leaves – 3 pcs
- Tamarind – 1 slice
- Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- VegeWorld Veg. Cod Nugget (250gm)
- Quail Eggs – 15 pcs (boiled)
- Large Potato – 1 pc (cut into cubes)
Preparation:
- Cook the VegeWorld Veg. Cod Nuggets in the airfryer at 200°C for 10 minutes. (*temperature may vary according to your air fryer setting)
- Heat up the oil in a frying pan
- Stir fry the blended ingredients with a stalk of lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant
- Add the tamarind slices, oyster sauce and some salt to taste
- Add the Veg. Cod Nuggets, potatoes and the quail eggs
- Stir well until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve with hot rice
