Texas Sausage Corn Dog (Christmas 2023)

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt Puffed Rice/ Breadcrumb
  • 1 pkt Vegeworld Veg. Texas Sausage (Defrosted)
  • 1 block Plant-Based Mozarella Cheese Block (small Rectangle)
  • 4 cup Gluten free flour/Batter Mix/Flour
  • ¾ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tsp Cane Sugar
  • a pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 ½ cup Crystal Water

Preparation:

  1. Add flour,baking powder,yeast,sugar,salt & water into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed,rest for 10-15 minutes until fluffy.
  2. While resting the dough,use a skewer to poke through the Vegeworld Veg Texas Sausage and rectangle cut Mozarella Cheese.
  3. Preheat oil at 160c.
  4. Use Sausage skewer dip it into the batter and coated with puffed rice/breadcrumb
  5. After coating, immediately put into deep fry for 2-3minutes until golden brown
  6. After deep-fry, drizzle some mayonnaise & ketchup on the Corn Dog.
  7. Serve when it’s hot to get the Cheezzzzy.
