Veg. Cod Fish Nugget Sambal Balado

To Blend:

  • Red Chillies – 3pcs
  • Thai Chillies  – 3pcs
  • Red onion – 3pc
  • Garlic – 3 cloves

  • Lemongrass – 1 stalk
  • Lime Leaves – 3 pcs
  • Tamarind – 1 slice
  • Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • VegeWorld Veg. Cod Nugget (250gm)
  • Quail Eggs – 15 pcs (boiled)
  • Large Potato – 1 pc (cut into cubes)

Preparation:

  1. Cook the VegeWorld Veg. Cod Nuggets in the airfryer at 200°C for 10 minutes. (*temperature may vary according to your air fryer setting)
  2. Heat up the oil in a frying pan
  3. Stir fry the blended ingredients with a stalk of lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant
  4. Add the tamarind slices, oyster sauce and some salt to taste
  5. Add the Veg. Cod Nuggets, potatoes and the quail eggs
  6. Stir well until the potatoes are cooked through.
  7. Serve with hot rice
