Golden Oyster Mushroom Hand Roll Temaki

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Golden Oyster Mushroom
- 1 cups cooked Japanese rice
- 2 tbsp sushi rice vinegar, or to taste
- 2 gm salt, or to taste
- 6 gm sugar, or to taste
- Carrot, to serve
- Cucumber, to serve
- Wasabi, to serve
- Mayonnaise, to serve
- 6 rectangular sized Nori seaweed
Preparation:
- Deep fry the Golden Oyster Mushroom at 180 degrees Celcius for 2-3 minutes
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Season hot rice with vinegar, salt and sugar
- Add toasted sesame seeds
- Cut a piece of nori into a rectangular shape
- Form the rice into a sausage shape and place it at a 45 degree angle on one side of the nori
- Pressed and flatten the center of the rice.
- Spread little Wasabi Mayonezu on the rice.
- Place a piece of fried Golden Oyster Mushroom, pickled carrot and cucumber on top of the rice
- Roll the temaki starting with the end of the nori at a 45 degree angle.Serve fresh immediately.
